Gaza - The Aqsa Martyrs Brigades (AMB), armed wing of the PA ruling party, Fatah Movement, has commended the stand of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, relayed by its prominent political leader, Ismail Hania, during a press conference the Movement held Saturday."We support our brothers in Hamas and affirm that no Palestinian resistance armed wing will be dissolved because Palestine is not Gaza only, but rather, Palestine is Palestine from the River (Jordan River) to the Sea (Mediterranean Sea) and it is our land and we have the right to defend it", the AMB said in a press statement Saturday."Our legitimate weapon will remain in our hands pointed at one enemy named Israel and not at the PA since it is part of the Palestinian people and we all belong to one people. However, those who call for the disarming of the Palestinian resistance factions were indeed ridiculous persons working for their personal interests", the AMB added.The Brigades urged all Palestinian factions to consolidate ranks and keep weapons pointed at the Israeli occupation forces and settlers, affirming that the impending Israeli pullout was made by the martyrs' blood and sacrifices.
